We are called to grow until we become fully mature with the fullness of Christ (cf. Eph. 4. 13). Ongoing formation continues the maturating process until the end of one’s life. Ongoing formation is motivated first of all, by the initiative of God, who calls each one, at every moment and new circumstances.
